Short Description:	The patch fixes a basic shortcoming of the module, which doesn't let the administrator to create a link to an anchor (#anchor) using Link - URL. The base module of Joomla! (ver. JOS 1.0.9, JOS 1.0.10 and probably the earlier versions) adds another item/value group at the end of the (&Itemid=value).

Short Description:	The patch is a patch of the module mod_swmenufree of the component SWmenufree, widely used for creation of dynamic menus for Mambo / Joomla! The patch fixes a basic shortcoming of the module, which does not let the administrator create a link to an anchor (#anchor) using Link - URL.
